This page is under development at the moment (early March 2008). Two different activities will be pursued on this page. One is linking to educational Websites and other much as can be done while we pursue contractual work. The other is sharing results from the research careers of the GCCC founders and members. For a start, we will present some "nutshell" results: e.g., why crop water-use efficiency has relatively little room for improvement; some inescapable considerations of salt mass-balance in irrigation; complications in the home-range (biogeographic) shifts of plants from the diversity in direct effects of CO2 on different species; underappreciated roles of extreme events in shaping physiology, ecology, and evolution of organisms.

We will open up also for submissions of educational items...and also welcome qualified volunteers to maintain this area of the site.
